“Although staff were friendly, we were disappointed by their claim that the only room non smoking room they had was on a low floor overlooking the a/c equipment. No hand towels in the bathroom.”

“Staff is very nice & helpful ,security is very good too... Room is a bit old & unclean but still acceptable Breakfast & Swimming pool is ok It's a very good experience in this hotel & if I have chance to go to Manado again , I'd like to stay in this hotel !”

“The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late.”

“早餐很豐富，但是有些團客的客人會大聲喧嘩、浪費食物，建議八點過後再去享受早餐，才不會遇到他們。 飯店離海邊走路約15分鐘，附近有超市，採購用品很方便。 我住三樓的時候晚上很安靜，但無景觀。換到九樓，窗外景觀好，可是晚上會聽到窗外的車聲，隔壁說話聲音很大，一直到半夜一點多才停止。”

“Vi bodde 3 nätter på hotellet. Utomhuspoolen var extremt smutsig och därför avstängd 2 av de 3 nätterna vi bodde på hotellet. Jag begärde någon form av kompensation som gratis middag men hotellet ville inte ens bjuda på en middag. Mycket dålig service. Kommer aldrig bo där igen.”

“Great view of sea and city from my 10th floor room. Great sea view and sunset from the corridors and the 3rd floor pool/ breakfast restaurant too. Room not big but comfy enough and meets all basic needs. Nice "breakfast with a view". Easy to get taxis. Near city center and the port (5mn by taxi). There's a bad smell from the bathroom plumbing most of the time though. Wifi can be quite slow.”
